By registering an account, adding funds, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Dhakapanel.com reserves the right to suspend accounts that provide false information or are used in violation of these Terms.
Service descriptions, estimated start time, and delivery speed shown on the panel are approximate and may vary due to changes from third-party social platforms, which are outside of our control. We work to start and complete orders as quickly as possible once payment is confirmed.
When you place an Order, you must provide a correct, public link/username. Orders submitted with private accounts, incorrect links, or restricted content may fail, be delayed, or be delivered partially, and are generally non-refundable in such cases. Please double-check your link before confirming an order.
All prices are shown in the panel currency and may change at any time without prior notice; price changes do not affect Orders already placed. Funds added to your Balance are used only to pay for Services on Dhakapanel.com and, unless required by law or stated otherwise, are non-transferable to another account.
You agree not to use Dhakapanel.com for unlawful purposes, to target accounts/content that violate the policies of the destination platform, to abuse, reverse-engineer or disrupt our systems, or to attempt fraudulent payments/chargebacks. Violation may result in Order cancellation and/or account suspension without refund.
Reseller/API users are responsible for their own customers, pricing, and support. Dhakapanel.com is not a party to the agreement between a reseller and their end customers. API access may be rate-limited or suspended in case of abuse or suspicious activity.
We may suspend or terminate access to an account that breaches these Terms, is used fraudulently, or poses a risk to the platform or other users. Where reasonably possible, we will attempt to notify the affected user of the reason.
Services are provided on an "as-is" / "as-available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dhakapanel.com is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services, including action taken by third-party social media platforms against an account.
Your use of Dhakapanel.com is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect and how it is used. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Dhakapanel.com after an update means you accept the revised Terms. We recommend checking this page occasionally for changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable local law.
